Introduction to Strength Training for Beginners
A 6 week introduction to strength training.
So you’ve heard about strength training but no idea where to start? You keep hearing how you should be strength training and all the benefits that come with it?
Strength Training for Beginners with Camilla is designed for you! It will make you feel stronger, fitter, the best you can feel by adding movement in to your day at the same time as introducing you to a specific strength training programme.
A programme that considers people with busy lives. It is suitable for everyone, all levels of fitness, adaptations of exercises shown for beginners. A strength training specific programme aimed for beginners who haven’t picked up dumbbells before, I guide you through correct technique and where to start with strength training.

How it works
This is an 6 week course. Each week you will recieve an email containing 2 sessions for the week. Each session is approximately 30-40 mins.
The first class is focussed on Upper Body strength and the second is Lower Body & Core focussed. Each class starts with a 5 minute total body warm up and a couple of minutes warm down to finish.
